Using BRUTE

BRUTE is a fitness web app that generates and manages a training programme, macro targets, and a meal plan around your goals. You must be old enough to legally hold a payment method in your country to subscribe, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free trial and billing

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access. Your card is not charged until day 31. If you cancel before then, you won't be charged anything. After the trial, you're billed at the plan rate and interval (monthly or yearly) you selected at signup, and billing continues automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — BRUTE never sees or stores your full card details.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, with no lock-in period. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you return later, your programme, history, and goals remain exactly as you left them, for as long as your account exists.

Referrals

Sharing your referral link may earn you and the friend who joins a free month, added on top of your existing billing cycle, subject to the referral terms shown in the app. BRUTE reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive use.

Your training and health

BRUTE generates training and nutrition guidance based on information you provide. It is not medical advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition or injury. You use BRUTE's programmes and recommendations at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BRUTE — including attempting to disrupt the service, access another user's account or data, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to the service

We may update or improve BRUTE's features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.
